The Agency is looking for a reliable vendor-cloud based robotic process automation (RPA) technology solution that will contribute to the reduction of the Agency’s operational costs, increase the Agency’s programs and employee’s productivity and efficiencies, and increase the data integrity and accuracy of the Agency’s programs. 

When possible, the RPA solution will automate the Agency’s manual processes by using its virtual workers (robots) that mimic high volume, repetitive, rule-based steps in business processes thereby allowing the Agency’s employees to focus more on value-added tasks.

The RPA technology solution will allow the Agency to build additional bots and commence the onboarding of additional automations by its business programs on an as required basis once the Initial Processes (as defined in the RFP) have been completed.

This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
